Beyonce’s new album Renaissance is also a fashionable affair

This past weekend saw the highly anticipated release of Beyonce’s seventh studio album entitled Renaissance — the first solo album in six years. A contrast to the more introspective mood of her 2016 release Lemonadethis latest season of Beyonce is a love letter to late 80s and early 90s disco and House music with a coterie of musical references that extends to the album’s fashion treatment.

While previous releases focused heavily on visual roll-outs, lyric videos have only been released with this new album, along with a select number of fresh images on featuring the singer in a range of disco-inspired fashion — from sparkling metallic gowns to structural cocktail dresses. A pair of sequin nipple pasties also feature, just one of the many fashionable merch offerings now available on the website’s store.

Glossier is coming to Sephora!
